About

Objective

To bring together participants from cities within the UNESCO Creative Cities of Music subnetwork to collaborate, share knowledge, inspire and empower one another; increase professional development; foster a safe and inclusive culture for the global music community; and work towards United Nations Sustainable Development Goal #5 (“Achieve gender equality and empower all women & girls”).

How we will achieve our objective

Equaliser provides professional development modules, each with separate third-party facilitators and specific outcomes (leadership and peer networks, skills development, and professional respect training). Modules are made available via our administrational portal and coordinated with UNESCO Cities of Music focal points within participating cities.
